On February 10, 2018, the Very Rev. Fr. Pakrad Dz. V. Berjekian, Diocesan Vicar General, with the participation of Archpriest Fr. Yeghia Hairabedian, Archpriest Fr. Kevork Arakelian, Archpriest Fr.
