At The Vineyards, we believe you should live the life that you always have, but even better, and with more of what you enjoy. The Vineyards is a new, one-of-a-kind hospitality-inspired community where every day can be an adventure.
Come walk through the neighborhood. The Santa Barbara styled main residence is beautifully designed to tie in with the existing 40-acres of breathtaking gardens. You’ll enjoy our coastal-inspired community with its graceful decorative archways, sheltered walkways, pavilions for outdoor gatherings, and cascading water fountains. Our spacious residences have been elegantly designed to maximize the light and warmth of the lush park-like setting, with easy, all-inclusive access just outside your door. And with a series of pathways that connect the various neighborhood residences, visiting with friends is easy.
In addition to the beautiful grounds, there’s so much more to enjoy. Fill your day with a wealth of activities including our creative arts studio, library, and fully-equiped fitness center. We also feature education and activity areas where we host life-long learning and health and wellness classes. The Promenade offers an abundance of onsite services including a post office, movie theater, beauty shop, sundries store and fully connected wi-fi community. And every meal is a delight, with multiple venues to choose from, each offering fresh experiences made with locally sourced ingredients and prepared by our skilled culinary team.
Come and experience The Vineyards difference for yourself. We’d love to show you the grounds, to answer your questions and introduce you to our welcoming and knowledgeable staff.
