5 Core Values – Chef Brian

By 4th October 2021

This afternoon I have the privilege to tell you about 5 core values that make us who we are and what we value

We value FAMILY – Creating fond memories, by spending quality time together, being there for the good times and the not-so-good times. Knowing that no matter what you’re faced with you have someone to lean on.

Remember our residents look to us to be there for them, this is their home, this is where they eat, sleep and play and it is our duty is to keep them safe, as we would do for our own family.

We value CELEBRATION

Gathering together to acknowledge and experience life’s events, like Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Anniversaries, work accomplishments, and years of service.

We see the celebration in all nations of the world, regardless of culture or religion. It unites and strengthens community bonds and maintains a common identity.

We value TRADITION

As Lucy spoke of the rich history of the Armenian home – we will always keep these traditions alive in our community life and the foods we prepare.

We value GOOD FOOD

Good food makes the world go around, it’s why, each and every day, we strive to better serve our Residents, Guest, Staff, and Community

Fresh, Eye appealing, tasty, and even healthy. That’s a promise we need to stand behind.

A Quote my mom always said:  “Good food warms the heart and feeds the soul.”

And lastly, We value GOOD PEOPLE– That’s all of you.
