With demand for senior lifestyle communities in Fresno intensifying due to a rapidly growing senior population within the Central Valley, our Board of Directors unanimously voted to expand the California Armenian Home campus to create a unique senior community that transforms our 5-star rated skilled nursing care facility into a magnificently planned senior retirement village to serve all stages of senior living.
The team of architects and designers have created a mesmerizing Spanish Colonial Revival design that ties in with the existing plush gardens, open space, pavilion and AACL Hall linking everything with a series of pathways to enhance walkability of the grounds. Details such as graceful curves and arches, painted stucco cladding, multilevel roof lines, tower-like detailed chimneys, balconies, courtyards and patios, sheltered walkways and arcades, and outdoor fireplaces are prominent throughout the grounds, giving residents the feeling of a vacation retreat without having to leave the property.
While founded on the Armenian culture, The Vineyards at The California Armenian Home serves the needs of the entire community, and we welcome people of all nationalities and backgrounds to explore how The Vineyards makes life easier for them.
