The Vineyards at The California Armenian Home will be the special off-campus venue for this presentation of Armenian history, anecdotes and food! Luci Kazanjian Greyson, president of the California Armenian Home Board and long-time creator of specialty Armenian dishes will share her very own Pilaf recipe and demonstrate her techniques. Bring your curiosity and appetite! The California Armenian Home has a legacy of loving family, friends, food and celebrations for over 65 years. Students will have the opportunity to take home recipes and continue the culinary traditions in their own kitchens.
